The optional AI analysis layer does not send raw priority dates, raw receipt dates, or receipt numbers to the third-party AI provider. Instead, the app sends a de-identified summary such as estimate range, confidence level, generalized case group, generalized backlog bucket, and generalized service-center pace.
Local storage
To make the experience smoother, the site may store form state, reading state, and simple check-in counters in your browser local storage. This helps the page remember your current session style without requiring an account.
Advertising
